Booking Cancellation

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before service time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

Refund Policy

• If the professional is unable to reach your location or cancels due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be processed.
• If the customer cancels after the professional arrives, no refund will be applicable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

• Please raise a complaint within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Our team will review and, if valid, offer a redo service or partial refund.

Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before service time at no additional cost (subject to availability).
